Doing good while doing nothing

Since I'm swatching for dollars, I'm a dull, dull blogger these days. But did run across this:

Goodsearch.com--Plug in your favorite charity. And start surfing. Goodsearch donates 50 percent of its revenues to the charities designated by users. (Also, if you shop online at places like Amazon, Target or Ebay, do it through Goodsearch and generate even more cause-related dough.)

Happy weekend!

The charity does have to be registered with Goodsearch. But it's a great way to give money to your fave. I shop for Shakti Rising, an empowerment program for young women in San Diego. Goodsearch keeps you apprised of how much you're donating, too.

Also read the Accidental Buddhist after seeing it here on your Shelfari. It's a really fun read and even slightly educational!!!! Thanks.
