Juiced! It's cocktail hour!

I don't know about you, but facing the juicer at 6 a.m. is more than I can bear, what with the noise and epic clean up. But as spring approaches and the sight of the dusty, unused juicer chastens, I've been flaunting conventional juicing wisdom and making it...at cocktail hour. And, yes, drinking it on an empty-ish stomach.

The above is garbage juice, an attempt to clean out the cripser: Carrots, apple, half a cucumber, some sad spinach, half a lemon, leftover kiwi and a clementine. It may look like dregs from the Platte, but tasted divine. A fine digestif.
